Established in 2000, Access Service has launched itself with capabilities in mechanical, electrical, fabrication, repairs, inspections and assessments. While specialising in EWP's, Access Service also extends its expertise to telehandlers, crane borers, site vans and light towers, working with customers requirements to maintain equipment in accordance with Standards Australia, Manufacturer requirements and code of practice and member associations.
The Objectives of Access Service are to ensure machines are safe to use, work as intended and are reliable. We back these goals with competent tradespersons, industry knowledge and working with manufacturers to learn and continue to expand our knowledge as technology improves.
Access Service supports our customers with local people, each location is setup to run independently of eachover with booking and planning jobs daily. Customers are key to our success and supporting them is as important to us as keeping their machines safe and reliable. Each office builds relationships with clients through transparency and trust.
Communication starts and ends with the customer. if we are lucky enough to be entrusted with a customer's machine, we want to make sure we include the customer in all channels of communication. Picking up the phone and responding to emails in a timely manner is are one of many ways we win a client's trust and most importantly, confidence.
