The 6.4m galvanised collapsible mast features a lockable winch station and retracts to a compact 2.3m for easy transport and storage.
Equipped with a fully self-contained 60W solar-powered LED light head with day/night sensing capability, the unit delivers up to 12,000 lumens of illumination. The integrated battery system provides up to 12 hours of runtime from a 6-hour charge.
Forklift pockets and certified lifting lugs allow for easy relocation around site and efficient transportation. This maintenance-free, silent lighting solution is ideal for illuminating pathways, access points, work areas, and temporary site entrances.

Delivering an impressive 105,000 lumens of high-performance LED lighting, this solar-powered lighting tower provides up to 16 hours of continuous operation, making it ideal for construction sites, civil works, mining operations, emergency response, and large-scale events.
The system is powered by six (6) heavy-duty 12V lead-acid batteries, ensuring reliable overnight performance. Recharging is managed by four (4) 150W solar panels coupled with an MPPT charge controller, maximising solar efficiency and battery performance in varying weather conditions.
The 7.1m mast is electrically raised, allowing for quick, safe deployment and superior light coverage across large work areas. Designed for remote and off-grid applications, this unit delivers powerful, silent, and environmentally friendly illumination without the need for fuel or generator maintenance.
BTS-480 Solar Tower
A robust, galvanised tow-behind lighting trailer designed for durability, mobility, and compact storage. Ideal for construction sites, demolition projects, infrastructure works, roadworks, and event applications. The retractable drawbar allows the unit to be securely left on site while minimising space requirements and maintenance.
Delivering 62,400 lumens of powerful LED illumination for up to 12 hours, the system is powered by eight heavy-duty 12V lead-acid batteries, recharged via four 250W solar panels and an advanced MPPT charge controller for maximum charging efficiency.
The 6.5m electrically raised mast provides excellent site coverage and can be fitted with an optional electric mast rotator for enhanced light positioning.
